NALMS Kicks off 2011 season

Northern All Stars Late Model Series (NALMS)

After a long winter the Northern Allstars Late Model Series (NALMS) is excited to announce they will kick off their 2011 season this coming Friday night at Lincoln Speedway in Lincoln, Illinois. The Late Model Special will pay $2000 to win. This event is the season points opener for regular points and rookie of the year points for the series. So far the series has 11 dates booked for the 2011 season with more dates being added each week. The Northern Allstars Late Model Series will once again be the sanctioning series for the Tri-State Challenge which hits three tracks in three days; this year’s Tri-State Challenge will kick off at Highland Speedway on Thursday night, June 2nd, stop at Paducah International Speedway on Friday night, June 3rd and wrap up at I-55 Raceway on Saturday night June 4th. More details about the Tri-State Challenge will be released at a later date. NALMS is also proud to announce that they will be teaming up with the Alzheimer’s Association during select events this year. Those dates are yet to be announced, but please stay tuned for a major announcement regarding this effort. Gates open at 3pm
Hotlaps at 6:30pm
Racing at 7:00pm

Other classes running: UMP Modifieds, UMP E-Mods, UMP Street Stocks and UMP Hornets.

Gate Admission: $15, Kids 12 & Under: Free w/paying adult
Pit Admission: $30, Kids 4 & Under: Free w/paying adult

The speedway is located at the Logan County Fairgrounds, 11th & Jefferson Street in Lincoln, Illinois.
