Midway 7th Annual Fall Brawl Ready To Rumble This Weekend

Lebanon MidwayLebanon,Mo.-The 7th annual running of the LebanonMidwaySpeedway Fall Brawl is ready to roll with almost perfect weather conditions forecasted and plenty of prize money for the area’s racers.

This 2 day event features something for everyone as owners Jack and Dana Jones have added to this season’s season finale as driver’s compete for extra prize money.The winners of both the B-Mods and FactoryStock classes will pocket $750 to win providing they compete both nights in qualifying and feature events.The Midwest Modz winner will take home a cool $300 to win the feature while the PureStocks compete for $250 to win while the StreetStocks(Bombers) battle for $400 to win.

The popular A-Mods compete only on Sat night in a $500 to win feature event while LegendCars run a full show on Friday Night.

Friday night action will see the Legends run a timed-in qualifying lap along with heat races and a 20 lap feature.B-Mods,FactoryStocks,Bombers,Midwest Modz and PureStocks will draw for Qualifying heat races and then the top 6 passing point cars will compete in the Coca-Cola 6 pack 6 lap position dash to help set the first 3 rows for Sat Night’s feature events.Each class(except Legends) will have a draw to see how many from the dash are inverted as they battle for that important front row pole position.

Sat night action will see the A-Mods battle in a 20 lap feature event as they time-in 1 qualifying lap to help set-up their heat races.Any last chance events and the feature races for the FactoryStocks,B-Mods,StreetStocks,Midwest Modz and PureStocks will be held as the drivers will face new track conditions from what they ran on Friday Night. A-Mods tire rule will be American Racer G60’s KK704,Hoosier A40’s or Hoosier IMCA Stamped G60.Tires qualified on will be raced in the heats andfeature events.No mixing and must have the same on all four corners.

Friday night action will see the Grandstands open at 5:30 with hotlaps set for 7:10.Drivers meeting will be after hotlaps and Legend time trials will start around 7:45.The first qualifying heat is set for 8PM.

Sat night action will move everything up 1/2 hour as Hotlaps will begin around 6:45 with A-Mod qualifying slated to start at 7:15 and the first race at 7:30.

Friday night grandstand prices for this special event are $10 for Adults while Sat Night General Adult Admission will be $15.Kids 8-15 are only $5 each night while kids under 8 are Free.

Pitpasses are $30 each night and no entry fee for the car.Any drivers wanting to compete in the FactoryStocks,B-Mods,StreetStocks,Midwest modz and PureStocks only on Sat night will only pay a one night pitpass,but will be racing for only 1/2 of the purse for that position.

Defending event winners include Jason Pursley(A-Mods),Sundance Keeper(FactoryStocks), Michael Stake(B-Mods),Brandon Knudtson(StreetStocks),Little JC Newell(Midwest Modz) and Kory Barker(PureStocks).The Legends did not compete last season in this event. Last season this event drew over 90 raceteams to the event.
