Comp Cams Super Dirt SeriesBatesville, Arkansas (7/30/12) – Another trip to Northeast Arkansas Speedway (Harrisburg, Arkansas) and another win for Billy Moyer Jr. as he piloted his #21jr Henderson Motorsports/Car City/Imperial Motors/Victory Circle M1 Chassis By Moyer/Pro Power Racing Engine Super Late Model to the $2,000 win on Saturday night!

After seeing Friday night’s event at Malden Speedway (Malden, Missouri) nixed by Mother Nature Jr. Motorsports traveled to Northeast Arkansas Speedway on Saturday evening for a $2,000-to-win event at the 1/4 mile oval. Twenty-one entries registered for battle, and after charging from the fourth starting spot to win the first heat race, Billy earned the second starting spot for the 35 lap finale alongside Jon Mitchell. As the feature race went green Mitchell shot to the lead with Moyer Jr. in tow. Billy would pursue Mitchell for the first two circuits before taking control on lap 3. Once out front he would never look back on his way to his second win of the season at the facility and his seventh overall. Full results from both events are available at www.COMPDirt.com .

“Since we won at Cedar Lake back in June we’ve really been struggling. We got this new car ready to go back to Cedar Lake, and wanted to shake it down here tonight. It feels really good to get back in victory lane, and I’m excited about next weekend,” commented Moyer Jr.

Billy Moyer Jr. now turns his focus to the Great North as he prepares to return to the scene of his biggest career win this weekend as well as three other facilities. Billy will begin his weekend by entering a $10,000-to-win, World of Outlaws (WoO) event at Shawano Speedway (Shawano, Wisconsin) on Wednesday night before moving over to Cedar Lake Speedway (New Richmond, Wisconsin) for the 25th Annual USA Nationals, which is headlined by a $50,000-to-win finale. Moyer Jr. claimed his biggest win at the facility just a little over a month ago by topping a $10,000 UMP DIRTCar Summernationals event. He will also enter a WoO event at Independence Motor Speedway (Independence, Iowa) as well as unsanctioned program at West Liberty Raceway (West Liberty, Iowa).

The schedule for the upcoming week of racing is shown below:
