DIRTcar(ZANESVILLE, OHIO) The #75 team returned to Open Wheel Modified action on Saturday night, September 15 at the nearby Muskingum County Speedway in Zanesville, Ohio. The ‘Buckeye Fall Classic’ paid $1,500 to win for the open wheel warriors. Bart Hartman qualified well, ran fourth in the dash, and later started the 25-lap main event from the outside of the second row. The popular driver known as the “Bartman” moved up to the second spot in the running order before winding up a solid fourth in the final rundown behind only winner Rick Aukland, Aaron Scott, and Tanner Wilson. Bart and the 2 Brothers Motorsports team have opted to take the upcoming September 21-22 weekend off from racing action. They have a huge stretch of racing coming up in October, as special events at the Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, Ohio, the Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky, and the Portsmouth Raceway Park in Portsmouth, Ohio highlight their tentative schedule next month.
