NDRL - National Dirt Racing LeaguePittsburgh, PA (February 26, 2013) The National Dirt Racing League has come to an agreement with UMP DIRTcar to co-sanction the inaugural ‘Let’s Get Dirty’ weekend that will pay $20,000 to the winner at each of the two events at Paducah International Raceway in Paducah, KY and Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, MO on Friday, March 29 and Saturday, March 30.

NDRL officials met with UMP Director Sam Driggers in Florida last week to solidify the partnership for the NDRL’s inaugural weekend. ‘With being in UMP territory we felt that having Sam and other UMP officials at our first shows was only fitting,’ series owner John Kennedy stated. ‘Sam will be there for technical inspection along with our own NDRL tech inspector as drivers will compete using the mandatory UMP Hoosier LM 20, LM 30, and LM 40 tires.’ Both events will also serve as UMP point’s events.

Hoosier Racing Tires has come to an agreement with the NDRL to become a marketing partner for the upcoming season. Hoosier is the largest race tire manufacturer in the world, and all Hoosier race tires are still proudly ‘Made in the USA’. Hoosier has grown to be one of the largest employers in Plymouth, IN and produces over 1,000 different types of race tires. The company has its own 300-mph test wheel; a technology center; state-of-the-art, fully integrated production facilities; and a model sales and distribution network in Lakeville, IN.

‘We’re glad to have the support of Hoosier Racing Tire as they join us in a marketing partnership role,’ Kennedy said. ‘Hoosier has become the tire of choice for many racers today and their support of the racers, tracks, and series’ goes a long way in how our sport continues to grow. We can’t thank them enough for coming on board.’

The National Dirt Racing League would like to thank all of their partners for the 2013 season: American Race Tire, Capital Race Cars, Genesis Racing Shocks, Hoosier Racing Tire, JNJ Motorsports Media, MSR Mafia, Slavic Custom Racing Shirts and Decals.
