Lucas Oil Late Model Series(SOLON SPRINGS, WISCONSIN) Brady Smith Racing ventured south to the Batesville Motor Speedway in Locust Grove, Arkansas on May 17-18 for the 2nd Annual ‘Bad Boy 98.’ The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series presided over the action at BMS and a hefty $20,000 top prize was on the line. In preliminary competition on Friday night, Brady Smith timed in eighth quickest in Group A during qualifying and later finished second in his heat race behind only prelim victor Steve Francis.

When the checkers fell over the talented field, Brady found himself trailing only winner John Blankenship. Full results from the Batesville biggie can be viewed online at www.lucasdirt.com.
