Lebanon, Mo / June 18, 2014 – For Immediate Release

The staff and drivers are counting down the days until the Lebanon I-44 Speedway will open the gates for the Lebanon “Our Town Your Town” event presented by the Lebanon Area Chamber Of Commerce this Saturday night.

“Our drivers love to race and perform in front of large crowds, and if last year’s event is any indication, then they will be at the top of their game” quoted General Manager Kevin Greven. “This was a big success last year for the Chamber and they have worked even harder to make it bigger and better as we show what Lebanon and Laclede County has to offer.”

Admission prices for the fans can’t be beat as it is only $10 per Car Load whether it be for the Budweiser Party Deck, Monster Energy Grandstand or Budweiser “Wild Side” Tier Parking. Over 30 different vendors and organizations will be displayed in the Midway Grandstand Area with lots of fun and information for everyone.

All gates, including the pit gates will open at high noon and from 1pm through 3pm, the Speedway will be offering “Hit The Pits” as the fans can go down and visit with some of the race teams on hand and get a look at some of the action before the track goes hot at 4pm for NASCAR practice.

“With the special $10 a car load pricing we will have people on the entry road to ensure that entry lines move at a fast pace ” said Greven.

Weather permitting, hot air balloon rides will be offered from 4pm to 8:30pm.

At 6pm, The NASCAR Whelen All-American Series will hit the “High-Banks” of the only Active Asphalt oval in Missouri featuring the “Sleek and Super-Fast” O’Reilly Auto Parts Pro Late Models, The “Ground-Pounding” Budweiser Modifieds, The “Outlaws to Old School” in the Monster Energy Sportsman, the “Street-Stock” feel of The Keyser Manufacturing Road Warriors as well as the exciting and maybe even what has turned into the crowd favorite Coca-Cola Chargers. Drivers will be competing for valuable NASCAR Track And Missouri State Points in the Monster Energy Chase for the Championship where the fans are always part of the program.

At approx. 9:30, Graven Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lebanon will proudly present a Country Concert featuring Nashville recording artists Joel Crouse and Ben Bradford as they perform on stage in the infield area. For fans who love to get up close for special stage level infield seating, they may bring their lawn chairs and purchase a special infield pass for just $10 during the concert.

Grandstand seating as well as tier parking is on a first come first serve basis and fans are urged to arrive early as last year this was a standing room only event. Lawn Chairs and blankets are welcome to enjoy a great afternoon of entertainment.
