POWRiMILLSTADT, IL – The POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget Series and the POWRi Speedway Motors 600cc Outlaw Motor Series will head to Belle-Clair Speedway in Belleville, Illinois on Friday, July 18th. This will be the third time POWRi has visited the 1/5 mile dirt high-banked oval during the 2014 season. The first two events of 2014 at Belle-Clair Speedway were the Belleville Bash and the 2014 Illinois SPEED Week finale. At the Belleville Bash, Christopher Bell took home the feature win in the midgets while Joe B. Miller came out on top in the micros. The 2014 Illinois SPEED Week finale at Belle-Clair Speedway brought out 47 midgets and 76 micros. Tyler Thomas captured the Illinois SPEED Week finale win in the midgets while Joe B. After an 8-year hiatus, POWRi will return to St. Francois County Raceway in Farmington, Missouri. The Saturday, July 19th event will bring both the POWRi Midgets and Micros to the 3/8 mile dirt semi-banked oval. POWRi is looking forward to coming back to St. Francois County Raceway. “We are thrilled to return to St. Francois County Raceway in Farmington, Missouri,” POWRi’s Kenny Brown stated. “It is a track POWRi has missed, as it never fails to host an exciting show for the fans.
