Wet conditions at the Sheboygan County Fairgrounds led to superfast and a tacky track for the 30 lap A-Main for the Corn Belt Clash stars. The early leader and fresh off his heat race and dash win was Spencer Diercks. The Davenport Iowa star looked good in the early going but had to settle for 4th place. Jason Utter in his new Black Diamond Special charged for lead battling with Chris Simpson and later CBC point leader Chad Simpson who rode Utters tail, finishing second. The drive of the night was Jake Redetzke who kept his Packer faithful on the edge of their seat with his 3rd place finish. The legendary Lance Matthees of Winona Minnesota capped off a good night in the 5th position.
