St. Louis, MO (September 10th, 2014) Officials with Tri-City Speedway & Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 have announced two provisional starting spots (positions 23 & 24) for the UMP DIRTcar Late Models $10,000 to win feature events.

Each night, the highest ranked driver in Tri-City Speedway track point standings that hasn’t used a provisional this year that didn’t make the show will get a provisional starting spot.

Also each night, the highest ranked driver in Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 track point standings that is an AARA Member that didn’t make the show will also get a provisional.
