USCS-logo-2013-for-marqueeAtlanta, GA – November 3, 2014 – Due to the forecast for cooler temperatures headed for the Memphis/Mid South area again this coming weekend and circumstances beyond our control, the USCS management has cancelled the 6th annual USCS Fall Nationals at Riverside International Speedway in West Memphis, AR. “I’m sure this will disappoint some people, but, no more than our staff and management. We always look forward to this event every year, but with cool weather rolling back in and conflicts with some other major events, it was the right decision to make at this time.” said USCS Founder and President, Pete Walton. “We also look forward to working with the speedway again going forward on our USCS Sprint Speedweek 2015 and this event next Fall.” He concluded.

The United Speed Contest Sanction (USCS) three racing series are scheduled to open the 2015 season early at Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, Mississippi on Friday and Saturday, February 27th and 28th during the 7th annual “Frostbuster 250” season opener. That 7th annual event is highlighted by the United Sprint Car Series 19th season opener. Additionally, the event will be the 10th anniversary season opener for the K&N Filters USCS Outlaw Modifieds. The USCS Outlaw Modifieds will be racing for $1000 to win plus bonuses each night. The www.rockauto.com USCS 600 Sprint Car Series mini sprints will also be on the racing card as they open action for their 5th season of events. Four Magnolia Motor Speedway weekly racing divisions will also be in action during the “Frostbuster 250” including the Nesmith Dirt Late Models, Nesmith Street Stocks and the Mini Stock divisions. The Super Late Models will join the action on Saturday, February 28th.
