Moyer2(BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS) Dirt Late Model Hall of Famer Billy Moyer, who recently kicked off his 2015 racing season with a pair of runner-up efforts during the ‘Wild West Shootout’ miniseries at USA Raceway in Tucson, Arizona, announced today that he will be taking the expertise and experience gained from nearly forty years in dirt track racing to Karl Performance and Victory Chassis. With plans to eventually join his uncle Carl Moyer as a partner in ownership, Billy will take a hands-on approach to customer service and technical support, while also providing valuable insight to the future of the business.

In addition to continuing his 2015 race program with Billy Moyer Racing (BMR), the Batesville, Arkansas racer will oversee the design and production of the renamed Victory Chassis by Billy Moyer, effective immediately. Billy will assist Karl Performance team members Randy Havlik and Mark Elliott on all facets of the chassis program. This new partnership will include possible modifications to their current Open Wheel Modified and Hobby Stock chassis, as well as the introduction of a new Dirt Late Model chassis in the future.

“I am excited to team up with a first-class organization at a first-class facility to design and build Victory Chassis,” commented Billy Moyer today while in the process of returning home from the ‘Wild West Shootout.’ “I am also looking forward to working with the public selling race cars and parts, while also offering a higher level of service to each Karl Performance client. With customer service in mind, I am thrilled to announce that Ken Schrader will pilot one of our new Modifieds this year. I have known Ken for a long time and have a great deal of respect for his driving ability in whatever car he chooses to drive. Ken and I will work closely with one another and ultimately that technical knowledge will get passed on to each one of our Victory Chassis drivers!”

Budding star Billy Moyer, Jr. will also join efforts with Carl and Billy in this new endeavor. Both Billy and Billy, Jr. will have access to a full line of race products from all of the top brands in the industry, a state-of-the-art machine shop, engine and chassis dynos, and a complete chassis program for all levels of dirt track racing. The commitment to excellence that both Moyer’s have brought to dirt tracks across the country is the same level of commitment that all Karl Performance and Victory Chassis customers can expect now and into the future!

“Having Billy (Moyer) on board will not only build on what we already have in place with technology and assembly, but bringing his technical knowledge and expertise that comes from nearly forty years of experience will be a great benefit to all Victory Chassis and Karl Performance customers,” exclaimed owner Carl Moyer.

Karl Performance, which is located in Des Moines, Iowa, is “America’s Most Unique High Performance Center.” With thousands of performance parts on hand, a state-of-the art machine shop with SuperFlow Engine dyno, and an All Wheel Drive Superflow Chassis dyno, Karl Performance is your one stop performance shop!
