Corning, California (02/26/15) – In just his eighteenth NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) start Tyler Reddick made history by winning his first-career event with a triumph in the NextEra Energy Resources 250 at Daytona International Speedway (Daytona Beach, Fla.). After leading a race-high, 46 circuits Reddick survived a wild final dash to the checkers to score the win in the Broken Bow Records #19 Brad Keselowski Racing Ford F-150.

After starting third on the grid Reddick drafted with his teammate, Austin Theriault in the closing moments of the 100 lap affair, which enabled the Corning, California native to score the win.

“I just had all the confidence in the world in our trucks going into the race,” Reddick said. “If we were able to get together, we were going to be able to do some great things together and help each other out. Once I knew we finally we got together on the front row for those restarts, I had a pretty good feeling that we were controlling the race and controlling the pack.” He concluded by saying, “I just can’t tell you how much it means to have a teammate there helping me get my first win. I just hope I can do the same for him on down the road.”

An elated Reddick was joined in victory lane by his crew and family.

“This is just an unbelievable feeling to get this win,” commented Reddick. “I have to thank all of my family, sponsors, and fans for supporting me. Broken Bow Records, Draw-Tite, Cooper Standard, Brad Keselowski Racing, and all of my amazing supporters…this win doesn’t happen without any of them behind me.”
