Inside Line Promotions – HANOVER, Pa. (March 1, 2015) – Shark Racing will return to routine competition this week with a trio of World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series events.

Drivers Jacob Allen and Logan Schuchart will race with the Outlaws at The Dirt Track at Las Vegas in Las Vegas on Wednesday and Thursday before wrapping up the week on Saturday at USA Raceway in Tucson, Ariz.

It marks the first week of continuous racing throughout the remainder of the World of Outlaws schedule, which wraps up the first weekend in November.

“I’ve been going crazy to race,” Allen said. “I can’t wait to get racing all the time. It gets tough and wears you out when you get to July and August, but it’s still all great.”

Schuchart is looking forward to the FVP Outlaw Showdown at The Dirt Track at Las Vegas, where he wants a fresh opportunity to compete following a disappointing outcome last season.

“Last year was the first time we were there and on the first night we weren’t very close at all,” he said. “On the second night we closed on the setup. We were a lot better, but in the first or second lap of the feature we got in a crash so I didn’t get to race a lot.”

Schuchart missed a transfer during his debut at USA Raceway – then known as Tucson International Raceway – for the NAPA Wildcat Shootout last year.

Meanwhile, Allen was unable to compete at either track last year so he is entering this week seeking consistent laps.

“We have some notes from last year when Logan raced at both tracks so I’ll have a baseline to go off,” he said. “I’m excited to race at both tracks and hopefully we can be consistent right out of the box.”
