Shawn Deering, Abe Huls, Tony Dunker and Michael Grossman all picked up feature event wins in a rare Friday night event at Quincy Raceways. The event was scheduled to help with the complete wash out of local class event for the month of June due to the heavy rain that has plagued the Tri State Area during June.

Shawn Deering took the lead of the Miller Lite UMP Modified feature event on the nneth lap of the twenty five lapper and held off Steven DeLonjay and Keith Pratt to take only his second Modified feature event win. DeLonjay score a close second over Pratt in third, followed by Ryan Meyer in fourth and Spencer Havermale in fifth. Deering and Dave Wietholder were the heat race winners.

Abe Huls pulled out a close victory in the Powder Coat Plus Stock Cars after a terrific battle with Brian Gaines over the last half of the main event. Michael Larsen rallied after an early spin to take third followed by Cletus Coats in fourth and Michael Jackson in fifth. Brian Gaines and Chad Myers were the heat race victors.

Tony Dunker used a very tricky move between the first and second place cars of Brandon Lennox and Tanner Klingele on a lap ten restart. Dunker then held off Klingele to take the feature event win. Klingele settled for second followed by Lennox in third, Patrick Phillips in fourth and Joey Gower in fifth. Lennox claimed the heat race wins.

Michael Grossman put on a dominating performance in the Sport Compact division as he swept both the heat race and feature event wins. Brandon Lambert scored the second spot followed by Kmberly Abbott in third, Cliff Spencer in fourth and Jerry Bown in fifth.
