Billy won his heat race in preliminary action and later started the MARS DIRTcar Series main event from the pole position. The Batesville, Arkansas Hall of Famer then led each and every circuit during the 40-lapper to bag the $3,000 top prize over Tim Manville, Jesse Stovall, Wendell Wallace, and Terry Phillips!
