Farmington, MO(September 19, 2015)-Moving past Korey Weyant on lap three, Mitch Wissmiller went on to win the Impact Signs, Awnings, and Wraps WAR Series presented by Next LED/WAR East A-Main on Saturday at St. Francois County Raceway.

The original start would see the yellow flag come out as Riley Kreisel spun in turn one.

The second try at green would see Weyant get to the point as Wissmiller moved past Adam Jones and Casey Shuman into second in close wheel to wheel action.

Lap two would see Jones and Shuman getting together coming off of turn four with Shuman spinning to a stop as Chris Parkinson slid sideways trying to avoid Shuman and made contact. The chain reaction would also see Joe B. Miller and Andy Baugh involved. Shuman suffered front end damage ending his evening. The other three competitors would restart at the tail.

On the restart, Weyant again moved out front with Wissmiller right behind. Wissmiller got a run coming off of turn two on lap three and shot by Weyant going down the backstretch. A lap later, Robbie Standridge moved past Weyant into second.

Wissmiller got into lapped traffic at the midway point and as the track took rubber, passing became difficult. Wissmiller made a move past two lapped cars to get some breathing room and would go unchallenged the rest of the way to pick up the win in his Airplus Contracting Solutions/Waypoint Business Solutions/FK Indy Shocks/Getty Lawncare Maxim #1. Standridge, making a rare non-winged start, came home second in Kenny Dobson’s Stewart’s Auto Body #10K. Weyant was third in his Kweyant Custom Paint #99. Jones was fourth in the Harry J’s Steakhouse #1A with Kent Buckley finishing fifth in his #87. Dustin Adams was a solid sixth with Joey Montgomery, Tommy Rockwell, Pete Palazzolo, and Joe B. Miller rounding out the top ten.

The Impact Signs, Awnings, and Wraps WAR Series presented by Next LED will finish up its season next Friday and Saturday September 25th and 26th at the Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, MO for the Jesse Hockett/Daniel McMillin Memorial as they will be joined once again by the WAR East Series.
