Lebanon, Mo.-Heading into round 4 of The USRA Out Pace B Modified Championship Chase Friday Night, it appears early as if it could be a wide open season as several drivers are placing themselves into position for a Championship run.

So far defending USRA Out Pace B Modified National Champion Kris Jackson of Lebanon has captured 2 of 3 features while defending track Champion Sam Petty of Niangua has 1 feature win keeps knocking on Top 3’s and is only 5 points behind Jackson in The Thompson’s U-Pull It Auto Parts B Modified class.

While the Duo of Jackson and Petty keep all eyes on the battle, 3rd year B Mod and Bud Perry winner Tyler Knudtson  and Young gun Dillion McCowan are starting to hit some stride and moving up in spots each Friday Night. Arkansas driver Kelly Hicks rides a solid top 5 in the current standings, but a family wedding while keep the 32 car side-lined this weekend and area 2nd year drivers Dayton Pursley and Mitchell Franklin can really shuffle things up with the top runs they have when they enter The Midway action while Jared Monger has flexed his muscle and shows to be a contender to visit victory lane while Midway Regular Brian Myers is sorting out his new car early.

New points leaders and tight points early this season high-light the action in all classes and over 100 plus cars have competed in action this season.

Joe Francis now stands at The top of The Starnes Auto Body Standings following his feature win with defending Spring/Summer Series champion Mark Davis close behind and rookie Willliam Garner doing a strong job riding in 3rd while veteran Jim Keeran a solid 4th. 2 different winners out of 3 features so far as Derek Brown took the previous 2 features.

The new class of the Midway is The 1st State Community Bank Kidz Cruisers as 3 different winners out of 3 very close races have the entire pits and grandstands entertained as the 3 main stays in the class are 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation races. Dalton Roberts maintains a 4 point lead over Jacob Lewis and 6 over last weeks winner Preston McDowell in his Ford.The Mi-Kel Midwest Modifieds has been The Colt 45 Special show so far as Colt Cheevers with a new car and new colors with 3 feature wins. Fall Series Champion Luke Gideon is 16 point behind, but with the large field, all it takes is a bad night for the leader and a good night to switch things up. Great early season showings by Phillip Jackson, Zach Cheever and John Dane in the top 5. Jamie Petty’s issues and not able to start last week dropped him from 2nd to 6th but not far behind.

A New point leader in The Coldwell Banker Pure Stocks as we have had 3 different feature winners and Justin Roberts, who lost the Fall Series on the final night last season has that don’t quit attitude and climbed to the top with Sam McDaniel runner-up and last weeks co-point leader Corey Henson completing the top 3. The see-saw action and large car count has kept things very interesting with several new names in the top 10.

The Sing Rental Hornets will see 2nd year driver Jeff Helton of Lebanon as The New point leader as last weeks leader Jason Walls fell out early. 3 different feature winners so far out of 3 races and Dewey Resch and newcomer Josh Gerber and just waiting in the shadows as last weeks winner, Miss Shyanne Bauman is climbing up, up and catching the pack after a rough opening night. Last year the 05 started back in row 4 and drove to the front and this week will be back even a little farther with her win.

Gates open at 5PM with Hotlaps at 7PM and Racing at 8PM. Drivers draw cut-off is 7:30. Grandstand admission is only $12 with kids 6-12 only $5 and under 6 Free with discounted prices for Seniors and Military Adult Pit passes are only $30 with kids 12 and under $10.
