DUNN, NC (May 22, 2019) – The Big River Steel / GETSCO / Dunn Benson Motorsports Team with driver Devin Moran will be headed to Legit Speedway Park in West Plains, MO for two super late model events Friday and Saturday May 24-25th. After the Show-Me 100 was postponed due to severe weather and tornados that damaged the facility on Monday night, the team headed south looking for a place to land and possibly race while in the Midwest. Legit Speedway Park is formerly West Plains Motor Speedway and will host two super late model special events this weekend.

Action kicks off at Legit Speedway Park on Friday, May 24th with a $2,000-to-win feature event followed by another complete show on Saturday May 25th paying $3,000 to win for super late models. For more information about these events visit the track website at www.legitspeedway.com.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone at Lucas Oil Speedway and the town of Wheatland, MO as they clean up and rebuild after the severe storms that came through there on Monday Night. We look forward to going back once they reschedule the Show-Me 100. We decided to go to Legit Speedway Park this weekend since were staying about an hour away from that race track this week while we wait to head to Columbus MS next week for the Clash at the Mag. We have a few new things we want to try and get faster and hopefully contend for the wins both nights. Maybe meet some new fans in that area as I’ve never raced there before”, stated Devin Moran, driver of the Dunn Benson Motorsports #1 Racecar.

Devin Moran and the Dunn Benson Motorsports Team are currently in 4th place in the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series National Point Standings and 2nd in the “Eibach Rookie of the Year” point standings in 2019.
