The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series would visit the Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, IN on Saturday night. Tyler Nicely would dominate the evening in his #25 Elite Chassis entry setting “QuickCar Racing Products” fast time, winning Summit Racing Equipment Heat One and drive to victory lane in the 30-Lap A-Main to collect the $2,000 pay day!

Nicely and Trent Young would lead the 24-car starting field to green with Nicely assuming the point to complete lap-1. Young and Devin Gilpin would be Nicely’s only serious challengers in the first half of the event. The A-Main event would be slowed five times during the evening. The event’s final two cautions would see Young’s early run at the front end with a flat left-rear tire on lap-11 and Gilpin’s would end on lap-16 as he spun in turn-4. Both drivers would rally from the early set backs to salvage top-ten finishes. Nicely would be on cruise control the remainder of the event, leading all 30-laps to collect his third series victory of the 2019 season. Levi Kissinger would take second place and Will Krup would finish in third position. Rounding out the top five would be Adam Stricker and Trent Young.

The remainder of the top ten at the completion of the Summit Racing Equipment A-Main at Brownstown Speedway would be Devin Gilpin, Bobby Stremme, Jacoby Hines, Peyton Harlow, and Brian Shaw.
