Its an i$$ue because UMP is running the show. "If" UMP looked after the health of the sport instead of its revenue they would have a one tire/compound rule that benefits the drivers and be easier to police. Anyone remind me of what UMP originally was formed for? who it was formed for? and is it now just a money making venture?
 
i feel if someone gets cought with a doped up tire they should be banned from racing for a year,i bet someone starts going backwards in points now,any takers
 
man,, a doped tire gets you a year. lets look at this a bit...... An offical comes and takes your tires, or just cuts a piece off, and sends them to some lab that youve never heard of, from some place you dont know, then they send you sone **** back that gives the specs of the sample that was sent to them, and if your lucky theyll tell you what they were supposed to find.

Im telling you right now, if they came and took a tire or just a sliver of one, the FIRST thing im doing is calling a lawyer, I absolutely dont believe for a split second there legit. I cannot afford to deal with there joke. you pop a durometer test and they dont pass, then NO ONE can *****, but as far as taking a tire, or a sample, then waiting for who they want to bust on? theres no way.

do you think there finding the "traction genie on a bottle"? or what?

If they signed a UMP Membership application, they gave up their right to any litigation and agreed to hold harmless the track, the promoter, and any officials. See my earlier post or check out the UMP Membership Application on DirtCars website for the exact details.
 
It took a while to hear the results when Kloos was found to be illegal. They have the right to appeal. In due time the results will be known. Hopefully, there will be a press conference when they are available. Until then don't assume anything.

Are they UMP members? would it make a difference if they are not?
 
As of Friday, the only two that had come back were Dustin Griffin and Michael Long's tire tests. Both of those were good.
 
Kevin needs to stop cutting corners and stop outsourcing his lab work to Mexico!!! If is was done it the U.S.A it would of been back by now and Thista's name would of been cleared,unless the lawyer had the judge put a gage order put on the case!!! IDK
