    UMP needs to go away,,,,,,for B Mods

    These tracks just all need to follow USRA b-mod rules, if in ump land they want to run the hoosiers thats fine. I have seen several USRA b mods on american racers out run the "outlaw b mods" at callaway this year who were on hoosiers.
