I don't know about any big cars, but there are a couple indoor events for go-karts this weekend in Springfield and in Du Quoin....

The closest I can think of would be the indoor track at the DuQuoin state fair grounds. But they only race there in the Winter. Fun time if you have never been! Other than that there is an indoor asphalt recreational track by Earth City....
