It doesn't matter when they draw for the 50/50 someone is always going to complain. If you wait til after the 1st someone will want it done earlier because they are walking out as soon as the checkered is in the air. I used to attend a lot of races and rarely bought 50/50 because I never knew...

No, I was not there. Had I been there, I would have factored in the weather and waited until qualifying was completed or it looked like the rain cleared out. Either way, I am sure Kevin consulted with the WoO officials and drivers before calling the show. Situations like this make me glad...

So very true. I've been on the wrong end of this a time or two and learned my lesson. If there is a trace of rain, I don't go in until they complete qualifying. Too big of a risk.

They do....It's called the Pepsi Nationals, formerly a 2 day show known as the Fall Nationals. $10k to win World of Outlaws Late models. They have UMP Fall nationals in October.

I'm sure Kyle did nothing wrong.
