I dont think that it is a disadvantage to all drivers. In the hands of a competent driver it helps the car handle through the corners better. A 4th, 2nd, and a 1st. isnt too bad for the big shows either. Lets just put it this way, if it was a disadvantage, their would not be so man cars doing...

why outlaw locked front ends when you could look at more obvious things like thumping cams,ect. If I-55 bans locked locked front ends they will ban at least half of their cars. Period
