You are right, just the... Equipment,lights,barriers,concessions etc.... Without all this you would be along way from having a track, so??????????

No but sometimes I think about it! I cant imagine a City that would have racing on Sunday instead of Saturday knowing that people have to work on Monday! JMO!

They own the contract to put on the races at the speedway! Thats about as close as you can get, did I mis-spell any words?
