I read today in the tribune that they were going to tap into the supplies temporarily, but that it isnt going to make gas prices go down. as for the seccond part, i agree.

I remember before where they cut the gas tax to try and keep the prices down. Anything would help. A price cap could be temporarily instituted. We could tap into the supply we already have, those combined with the tax would make a world of difference.
