The reason Pevely has so many sportsman is because they pay the best throughout the field, from first to last. A track will get more cars with a better total purse than a top heavy payout. I know it is tough for some of these people to figure that out!

I see where the state champion gets $1000 for the ump sportsman. If pevely is the only track in MO that is running these that means the driver has a real good chance of winning the money with only one track running these. How is it going to work this year if only one track runs ump sportsman...

What are the plans for sportsman this year at pevely? Are they going to run under UMP, since Bellville is? What about increased payout?

Who is coming in the Sportsman class, pure street class, and 4 cylinder class? I am looking forward to the race I thought it wasone of the best races at Pevely last year. I have another idea for the track champions race , have one in the streetstock class also.
