How come the LASALLE guys wasnt found illegal for having the motor set back. WAS NOT IN STOCK LOCATION!!!

To all the guys posting on this im the driver of the car that got was found illegal. I was told to cover the weight jackers up and i did as far as the QUICKSTEER-BRAKES go to there wed page www.godfreyspeedway.com and look under the rules it says NOTHING about a quicksteer as far as the brakes...
