Don raced old type ( 40 ford cups ) at Walsh on Okland Ave. in ST. Louis when it closed him an his dad bought a offe midget still with the circle 7 # . I was little guy then an there good people I lived down block an my brouther also raced at Walsh.

With many of the lower classes drying up I think Bmods cost to much to run , some bmods can put a big carb an compete with a lot of amods. would like to see sportmods as a starter class , have seen some good racing in central Mo. in sportmod classes .

I raced there in 07 & 08 when mell ran the track , most nights it was dry slick . I myself liked it that way .
