Davenport blew the tires off on the start, and the rest was no one's fault!

I've been told the crates must run HEI with the digital soft touch rev limiter box, apparently the newest ump rules have a typo in them and that's it

It's been pretty confusing lol one minute crates must hei, then it's well they can run MSD, now apparently it's a typo and crates must run HEI with a digital rev control lol would be nice to know what's going on day to day lol
