CARTERSVILLE, GA – Drivers that will be competing in the 2015 NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series for Late Models and the NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock Division are encouraged to print out the Membership Form available online at www.nesmithracing.com, and send it with the appropriate Membership Fee in advance to NeSmith Racing.
The Annual Membership Fee for the NeSmith Late Models is $100, and the Membership is valid through December 31, 2015 at any NeSmith Late Model Touring event and/or Weekly Racing Series sanctioned event. The Annual Membership for the NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock Division is $50, and is valid through December 31, 2015 at any sanctioned event.
The Membership Forms for both the NeSmith Late Models and the NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock Division can be found online at www.nesmithracing.com and clicking the Driver Info tab, then the Registration tab. Then click the appropriate link for either Late Models or Street Stock for a printable Membership Form.
Completely fill out both pages of the Membership Form and mail it along with a check or money order with the appropriate Membership Fee payable to Crate Racing USA, to P.O. Box 1346, Cartersville, GA 30120. As soon as your 2015 membership is processed, your 2015 Membership Card will be mailed to you.
The 27-week 2015 NeSmith Chevrolet Weekly Racing Series and 2015 NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock Division seasons begins on March 23 and run through September 27. A driver’s best 14 weekly finishes count towards their season total.
The 2015 NeSmith Weekly Racing Series National Champion will win $10,000, and the 2015 NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock National Champion will receive $2,000. The Annual Point Funds in each Division will pay back to the Top 10 drivers in the National Point Standings at the end of the season.
Drivers in both the NeSmith Weekly Racing Series and the NeSmith/AR Bodies Street Stock Division are encouraged to complete their paperwork and purchase their annual memberships ahead of time to avoid delays at the pit gate the first time they compete at a sanctioned track.
Several tracks have scheduled Practice events before the season begins on March 23, and these tracks should have NeSmith Membership Forms available. Drivers may also register and purchase their NeSmith annual membership at these events as well.
