Just installed a 406 sbc into an 80 Monza, originally with iron duke 4 cyl. Having problems with getting it started. I grounded both heads to firewall, battery grounded to front head. Got spark, got 7psi of fuel. Took timing cover off to make sure it was at tdc. Don't know what else to do. Maybe...
