As a big fan of dirt late model racing for a long time I have branched out the last few years going to many major events and crown jewels. Now nothing in my opinion will ever be better than Saturday evening for the World at Eldora, but as a fan the World Finals in Charlotte is a must go to...
After seeing a poor car count the last 2 years for the SN at Wilmot and much talk on DoD about a downsized SN possibly coming, what 25-28 tracks would you like to see get a date? What tracks would you take off and what tracks would you add? I would love to see another Missouri track get a date...
Looking at going out to Charleston Speedway for the ALMS event they are having on Thursday. Is it worth the drive from St. Peters, MO? What drivers are expected to be in attendance? (other than Wallace)
And maybe a monster truck event or two since this is the home and bith place of the sport! All though corporations have ruined the sport on a national/tv level for the true fan.
Hopefully thats not the "big" announcement. To me yes it has dirt but thats an off road track, not a dirt track. Would love to see a sunday night dirt oval between Pacific and Rolla on 44.
Jimmy, any word when they are going to actually build it? Drove by there coming home from the Monster Trucks at Moberly and it looks like they havent touched it.

I would agree with the above. Even with running on Saturday nights there seemed to be a decent car count and great fan interest. However it seemed like the rough conditions of the track scared away racers and the no alcohol rule scared away fans. I understand wanting it to be family friendly but...
So first off I would like to keep this thread un-biased and free of finger pointing/driver naming. Thank you!
I am the average fan who doesnt know the most about car setup and such, I just love to watch racing. However the following questions have been in my head for awhile but decided now to...
Jimmy I completely agree with you on that, cant beat the intensity of the Summer Nationals. However there is just an atmosphere at the 100 lap events that feels different than everything else. Cant wait for the PDC at Fairbury this season with them moving to 100 laps.
As we all know (yes some will debate) we have 2 of the best facilites in the country right here in St. Louis, those being Tri-City and i-55. When are these two facilities going to develop a "Crown Jewel" type event. I know i-55 had the NDRL thing but there are going to be multipe "Let's Get Dirt...
