    UMP’s Good News/Bad News

Thanks for your concern , Your are right once this website is made available to the public it's content then becomes subject to legal enforcement. Threats and abusive name calling can in some cases be viewed as an act of attempted assualt, thats why I have printed out so as to document the...

    UMP’s Good News/Bad News

Sean2 Since you and Jimmy are two peas in a pod and he is so busy ****ing up to you in hopes that you might give him another ride in one of your "Late Models on Training Wheels" I'm sure he won't chastise you for breaking the established rules because neither him nor you have enough class to...

    Do we need sanctioning bodies??

I think UMP should set a rules package for the sportaman class and only have 3 classes under the UMP umbralla. If race tracks feel they need more classes then any additional classes would be track classes, this business of UMP street stocks and 4cyl is getting silly.

Notwithstanding your childish response Jimmy, My question was: What are your rules.

    Do we need sanctioning bodies??

Allied was sucessful for a long time, but their rules were so restrictive that they not only kept their drivers IN, but also kept other drivers OUT, thus robbing the fans of seeing some of the best talent in the area. I hope we never go back to that again

    UMP’s Good News/Bad News

Hey Jimmy, I need a little clarity as to the rules that you extablished and recently stated regarding name calling. It seems that YOU and Sean2 feel free to engage in that kind of childish behavior when ever you wish, so has that rule been dropped or is it just kinda like when some of the...

See Peoria#75Fan, post # 4 That should be everyones biggest fear, but the people supporting it don't even see it coming.

    Is Belleville Great or what??

News flash for Tom and Amy: Your comments about racing wherever you want and not being bound to any race track only shows that you must be fairly new to the sport, because it was not to many years ago that a racer, in this area at least, was indeed bound to a race track. You only enjoy the...

I would have thought that K&K Insurance would have inspected the place before they insured it. Did anyone check to see if they have any insurance.

    Is Belleville Great or what??

Sean 2 , Do you process a large enough vocabulary to put more than two word together.

    Is Belleville Great or what??

No its not its a terrible post, You speak of being in the drivers seat and free to race at tracks where you desire, while you enjoy that benefit now that kind of freedom is a fairly recent thing and what you advocate in your post will in the end rob you of that freedom.

The reason TCS switched to Friday nights!

Good point, they will do well, that area has always been good racing territory, I just don't like the way the Gundakers do business.

If he's such a big dog then why did he run on the B circuit, there were several places last night that he could have run with the big dogs.

    Is Belleville Great or what??

I was happy to see Bielong came back after last week, showed a lot of class to put last weeks incident behind him and move on. As to the scoring incident, I think the rule is that if half the field have passed the start finsh line then that lap counts and you realign from that point. As it...

If you guys think you seen some big name drivers last night, tell me one that could make a serious run for any national title. Voigt wins at tri-City, but he can,t win at Belleville or Pevely, so what does that say for your field late models.

    thanks Allied

Thats the whole point, a car should not be in the dash just because they got lucky and drew a low pill, a driver should be in the dash as a rewarded for racing his way into the dash. The dash used to be called trhe "Fastest (fast) 6", but that isn't always true on a track like Belleville.

    thanks Allied

I think you are safe to assume I was talking more about the big name L.M and Mod driver than the big name sportmen.
