Used at Tri City a few weeks ago and was able to hit Track Ops, Raceceiver, Track Ops7. Have used at Belle Clair and I-55 $50 for the unit.

Its an 800MHz Radio Shack 150 Channel Direct Entry Programmable Scanner PRO-91. I will be at Belleville this evening and I-55 tomorrow.
