It is my understanding Pevely is an invitational race. I’ve not seen a list yet. Should be a high quality field of cars and a good race surface since there is no support classes.

There is a good article on Hoseheads by Duane Handcock Tristate Update. Nice review of the show. He is from a state that ain’t racing yet. It is worth the read. I’d attach it but that is outside my capabilities lol

You have the wrong guy. I don't know Jeff. I have no beef with the 12x. It's a given that it is the fastest car there most nights, The format specifically said position 1 and 2 finishers from the heats. I guess we just disagree on what that means.

I'll be there mods or no mods. I have a rule to never miss a sprint show at Pevely. I didn't know they were running the A mods early. Doing so makes sence. Increases the back gate and has little effect on the main show. I can certainly set through an extra A main. I retract my earlier comment

Running Powri midgets with WOO made it a great show. I think adding A mods is too much for the track. I like A mods but not on this night. More racing and or more cars doesn't always yield better racing.
