For sale I have 2003 Honda 400ex. I am the second owner of this quad and it has been nothing but fun for as long as I have had it. I completely disassembled the quad and did a complete overhaul. I rebuild the motor (416cc Approx. 11:1 compression ratio, Hotcam Stage 1, Kibblewhite valvetrain, 5 angle valve job), had the frame professionally powdercoated (gentian blue in color), painted several parts black myself, and polished a few parts as well. The quad has a White Bros. R4 full exhaust, K&N airfilter, modified stock airbox, AC Racing stadium front bumper, full chassis skids, Douglas red label aluminum rear wheels w/ ITP holeshot tires (about 45-55% tread left), Roll Design Anti-Vibration Steering stem and renthal fat bars, BRAND NEW silver Fullbore front plastics (you will have to buy the rear plastics to complete the set but the fronts alone retail around $300), a full set stock yellow plastics (fronts are race cut and the whole set is very used :p), and lots of stock parts including an extra frame. I have well over $3,000 invested in this quad besides the cost of the quad itself.I also have enought parts to make another quad the only thing missing would be the engine and plastis and you will have another 4 wheeler I would love to get what I have in it back out, but unfortunately that isn't how it always works. I am asking $3,300 which I feel is reasonable considering all of the extras. The only thing you gain by purchasing this quad new (for $1400 more) is reverse and a new style of plastics. You stand to gain much less by purchasing a new 400ex than you will gain if you purchase one that already has all of the upgrades and modifications completed. If you were to pay to purchase all of the parts and then have them installed, as well as paying to have the motor rebuilt, as well as purchasing a new quad, you would have well over $8,000 in pretty much the same quad that you can buy from me for less than 1/3rd of that price. All this quad needs is rear plastics and it will look awesome. It already runs and rides amazing. I would love to hang on to this quad as I have lots of great memories on it, but unfortunatly iI have no where to ride it any more and I need the cash. If you would like to schedule a time to come see the quad, please feel free to give me a call at 217-553-0861 or contact me via email, wargosracing@rocketmail.com

Thanks mike.......
