GRANITE CITY, IL (April 23, 2014) The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series makes it 10th appearance on the 3/8 semi-banks of Tri City Speedway in just under 1 week on Friday, May 2nd. Many of the top names in Dirt Late Model racing will be at Tri City for this annual event, paying out $10,000 for the top prize for the
“Spring Classic 50”. Great night slated for the race fans catching all the action with the top LOLMD drivers
along with the top local drivers.

This will also be the first time Tri City Speedway has aired on LIVE PPV as the folks of Dirt on Dirt will be here broadcasting this event via the internet all over the world.

The 3rd Annual “Spring Classic 50” will include a complete show with Time Trials, Heat Races, B-Mains, and $10,000 to win 50-lap feature event. Joining the LOLMDS as support classes at Tri City Speedway will be UMP Modifieds $1,000 to win and UMP Crate Late Models $700 to win. Pit gates will open at 2 PM with Grandstand gates opening at 5 PM and Hot Laps scheduled at 6:30 PM.
