10-Year-Old Wins 6th Annual ATV Nationals

BONNE TERRE, Mo. -- (Oct. 15, 2006) Ten-year-old Kyle Brown of Bloomsdale once again made history at Big River Sand Drags, this time by becoming the "Overall Champion" of the Sixth Annual ATV Nationals.
Brown made history earlier this year by becoming the youngest racer ever to take first place and top eliminator in the Super Pro ATV class. Kyle defeated his uncle, Tim Brown of Bonne Terre, in the championship race.
In the class results from Saturday, in the Super Modified class, Buddy Hammett was first with Tim Brown second, Mark Gregg third and Chris Jones fourth.
In the Super Stock class, Scott Cook was the winner with Bobby Cunningham second, Roger Levan II third and Terry Zack fourth.
In the Unlimited class (on Sunday), Erika Camden was first with Jason Waller second, Kyle Brown was third with Buddy Hammett fourth.
