I bought a '96 Volkswagen Jetta GLX about two weeks ago. I'm new in the racing scene, because car audio used to be everything to me. Well, anyway, my concern is...where to find performance parts for this car. It has VW's VR6 engine in it, and I would like to mod it heavily. But, I just don't know where to start. It's got 122,000 miles on it so I'm figuring there are some things that need replaced before I start running high performance parts and running them hard. Any help would be appreciated....maybe from someone who has or has had the same car. Thanks.
