FOR IMMIEIATE RELEASE – February 18, 2014 – Midwest City, Oklahoma - The 2014 schedule for the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products southern sport modified division has been officially released with eight races currently scheduled and a couple more could be announced soon.
The sixth season for the tour kicks off on Sunday night, May 4th with the first of four appearances at 81 Speedway in Park City, Kansas.
For the fifth consecutive season, Route 66 Motor Speedway in Amarillo, Texas will host the tour that has seen three different feature winners in the past four events held at the beautiful West Texas complex.
Celebrating “Independence Day” on Friday night, July 4th will see the tour back at 81 Speedway before they embark on their annual trip to the Grand Daddy races in the Midwest, the annual O’Reilly Auto Parts Hutchinson Grand Nationals in Hutchinson, Kansas on Friday and Saturday night, July 25-26. It will be the first time the tour will compete on both nights of the nationals.
81 Speedway will host the tour once again on August 16th before the Salina High Banks Speedway in Salina, Oklahoma hosts the tour for the fourth year in a row.
The NCRA sport mod tour will close out their season on Saturday night, September 27 at the home of the series, 81 Speedway.
Unless otherwise noted, each event will pay $500 to win while positions 11-15 in the nights feature finale will now be paid $125. Finishing 16-20th will pay $100.
