2016 Novice class at Highland Speedway

The Novice Class rules are posted on the Highland Speedway website. The cars will run at first on Tuesday nights during Test & Tune. Pit passes are $15 and cars will be teched at this time. Races will be run at this time. When there are enough cars, they will be scheduled on a Saturday night. This is a good way to introduce the novice drivers to the track at a low pit pass price, and give them plenty of practice laps. This class is not open to current drivers. This is a great way for new racers to get into a race car and try out the track. First Test & Tune is on Tuesday, April 12, 2016. I'm interested to see what type of car/truck would flourish in this class. Car...maybe a crown vic with the interceptor. Truck...4.3L s-10?
