360 and 410 car counts

The low car count is not really any of my business but here are some rambling thoughts. West Memphis, Lake Ozark and Farmington have a full field most every night plus sometimes need to run a B main. Benton runs on the off night so there is a big field of cars to pull from. The location of the Benton track suggests it would be hard to fill the field with either 410s or 360s. A mixture of both is needed. The Farmington guys are not showing much interest likely due to them being use to a higher purse. Note that several more showed up for the MASS show. The 360 guys are likely not coming because of concerns of running against the 410s. Is it time to increase the purse to match Farmington in order to get those guys interested in running two nights? Then offer a bonus to the highest place couple 360s in the A main. A good bonus would give the the 360 guys more of a reason to show up. Maybe even offer the front row starters the option to go to the back and win for twice the normal first place prize money. Most of the guys are competitive enough to show up for that. Plus you only pay out the extra purse when they race their way to the front. About one time of that happening and you won't have anymore fan issues. You seem to be in the no cars no fans , no fans no bigger purse mode. Got to get aggresive at putting cars in the pits. People are hungry for good sprint racing. Not knocking the other classes. You can watch the other classes at any of the other local tracks. If you fill the sprint field you'll fill the stands back up and be able to cover the purse. People are not staying away because of the track conditions, food, food price, ticket price, condition of the facilitiy or free give aways. Benton is actually one of the nicest tracks in the area. It is all about the car count. Jusy my two cents worth.
