4 Wins, 4 Tracks, 4States, Rusty Schlenk Closes on UMP National Points Lead!

The 2010 racing season has seen "The Jackson Assassin" visit the Winner's Circle early and often, as Rusty Schlenk Racing runs up and down the road, pursuing their first National Championship. This weekend Team RSR can stay relatively close to home , with races at Attica Raceway Park on Friday, Tony Stewart's Eldora Speedway on Saturday, and finally, another visit to Waynesfield Raceway Park on Sunday, as the UMP Point racing begins to heat up in Northwest Ohio.
" We've been running up and down the road for the last four weeks chasing points, and it will definitely be nice to race closer to home in front of our friends, fans, and families" stated Rusty via telephone conversation.
Rusty said "We've been reading all the typical internet stuff, and just want to clarify to the nay sayer's that we are a Regional Race Team, not a Touring Professional Race Team. We know when and where we have the best chance of Winning Races, and Winning Money to keep the ball rolling. Equipment wise, we are not is the same league as most of the guys who we are competing against for a National Title, but I have no doubt we can give the best the UMP has to offer a run for their money! Hard work and dedication is how we are going to win this deal, and I'm going to have to get up on the wheel, and drive my guts out, and that's exactly what I intend to do."
