#42 John Lansford, up and coming LM star!

Take notice big boys! The new up and coming star in the Late Model division this season will be none other than John Lansford of Marine, Illinois! John and his #42 GREEN MACHINE nearly swept house at Belleville, Illinois Friday night when he finished 2nd in the heat, 2nd in the dash, and led most of the feature before jumping the cushion on lap 23 of 25 and breaking his tie rods.

John is a longtime friend of our in the Nascar Rotisserie League and we all wish him the best! The kid is only 22 and has only about 6 weeks in a late model under his belt. Just wait till he gets some more seat time and you'll be watching him beside Korte and the other big names. Mark my words! GREEN MEANS GO!

i know john pretty good and he was fast as hell at belleville. i wish he would come to highland and kick *** there too

He had a very good night on Friday at Belle Clair. It would have been his best night if he had not jumped the custion in turn two. Also, that race could have gone green as well. All it takes is seat time to get better. Hopefuly you are right and with time he could be up there with the best drivers in the area.
 
once he gets good at belleville he can come to godfrey and play with the big boys.

i would love to see you race at highland a few times and are you going to race at highland for the big race there for 2 grand???? and on regular races hope to see you more often iight.

Does anyone know if Lansford made I-55?

Does anyone know if John Lansford #42 was at I-55 Saturday night as I didn't get a chance to go and didn't see him on the results. What happened also to Dixon in the feature as I saw he did not make the top 10???

He was at Pevely tonight, had trouble at the start of the feature though.


Dixon had a blown head gasket part way through the feature, DNF.
 
We Had Motor Prob. At Start Of Feature With Broken Lifters I Think That With Voigt's 2 Place Finish At Belleville The Monkey Jumped Off His Back And On To Ours Ha Ha Ah Thanks Mark!

Hopefully We Will Be Fixed And Ready For Belleville This Weekend!
