Brooks-Shaw Driving School Contingency Awards
BATESVILLE AR. The Brooks-Shaw driving school has thrown an extra $15,000 cash into the pot for the biggest Modified Event in history, The Alltel 100, May 3-8 at the Batesville Speedway. This event was already set to overflow the winner's checkbook by $100,000, now has the potential to make that figure even greater.
All drivers that have attended, or plan to attend the Brooks-Shaw driving school will be eligible for to recieve a part of the $15,000 that is being put up for the race. Three eligible drivers on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Qualifying nights, plus Saturday's championship night will pocket $500 from random drawings conducted prior to the nights racing.
In addition to that $6,000 that will be given away, the three top finishing drivers in the Alltel 100 will pick up an extra $9,000. The top finishing driver that has attended the Brooks-Shaw Driving School will add $4,000 to his winnings, while the next driver will earn an extra $3,000, and the third $2,000.
Drivers that have attended the Brooks-Shaw Driving School, or have pre-paid to attend will be eligible for this contingency.
