2007 AMP Late Model Series Champion, Jon 'catman' Mitchell geared up for some' State to State', action with the AMP & SRRS '2007 Bama Brawl' at Moulton Speedway in Moulton Alabama October, 12 & 13.
The 'catman's' GRT Super Late Model has been a rocket for him this season. Currently holding six heat race wins along with three feature win's under the AMP banner this season. Picking up a feature win along the msra series at sixty -seven speedway.Mitchell started his season off slow, then changed his set up & applied a tire change; started him moving up the ladder to success with the first year series. The team is looking forward to racing with the friends of the AMP & SRRS series in Alabama next weekend and stated that the competition would be tuff in the Magnolia State but he is happy to be traveling to join in on the weekend of events.

Action starts on Friday, October 12, the AMP series, & SRRS drivers join together for a night of fun and excitement as the Arkansas series will make their first appearance of the 2007 season to the Moulton Speedway in Moulton Alabama. Moulton Speedway welcome racers with $1500.00 to win, $200.00 to start the main event for the evening.
On Saturday, October 13, Action heats up as the SRRS series will make their appearance and the AMP series fall in for a duel on dirt for $5000.00 to win, $300.00 to start the main event. This will be a night of action that you want to be sure and not miss out as both series provide some great racing between both teams and other weekend warriors who plan to capture the feature event.
Team GRT will provide the pole setter award gift certificate for the sum of $100.00 to the lucky racer who wins the start on the pole position for the feature event.
Larry Shaw racing will provide a $100.00 gift certificate award for hard charger. The lucky driver who charges through the field ending his night for advancing the most positions will win the award.
