any place up in stl race this style cart?

we bought this for our kids the guys from DRR say's it a yard cart it use to race at semo... run a little to fast for my kids... up for sale befor I modify it for my kids... hate to ruin a good race cart for a yard cart

NO nobody runs those around her other than semo you can adjust the govner to mack it slower
