AOL 9.0 SuperCharger needed

I am lookig for an AOL 9.0 SuperCharger for my racecar. I need the one that bolts onto a Holley 4412 carb. I also need to get ahold of Ralph Joseph or Charlie Depew to see if it would be legal. Any information is appreciated.
